Amazing dress!

Was referred to this company by my mother in law and was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t know what to expect, so I ordered a dress with a back up plan in mind. The dress took about 2.5 weeks to arrive- everything is made to order. It exceeded my expectations and more. The quality of the dress is beautiful- and the fit was spot on. Definitely recommend!

They stretch themselves an extra bit to make you happy !

This is the first time a brand in India is customising clothes as per client sizes. My first order had a knit dress and a co-ord dress. Both had fitting issues with length and neckline. I send them pictures wearing them and highlighting the issues. Immediately the team got back and sent me a new set with perfect fit at no extra cost. I was amazed at their service. Am yet to find a brand so prompt and professional. Though the prices as per Indian market is tad bit high but am willing to pay it for their excellent service and good quality. Sending love to the hands who made my clothes. Am super satisfied.

Cotton material shrinking

I purchased a wonderful Wayward Fancies tailored dress from this super company. It fit me perfectly and was made in a beautiful 100% fabric. Unfortunately the dress shrunk in the very first wash which was only at 40 degrees. I have tried to ask Eshakti whether they are positive their material is 100% cotton because as many of you will know, 100% cotton does not shrink at all. I was so disappointed because the dress is now 1.5 inches shorter than when it arrived from Eshakti. I still haven't had an answer about whether or not my dress was made from 100% cotton as advertised by Eshakti. This was 4 weeks ago so I do not know whether to ask for a remake or a refund. They are just ignoring this problem and the dress wasn't cheap.

Beautiful, high quality, affordable dresses

I just received my fourth dress from eShakti, and I am once again pleased with my purchase. For my first purchase, I entered my measurements (23 of them!) as instructed on the website's "Size & Fit Guide" and added customization to my order. The charge for this is minimal ($13 USD), and they often run specials where it is discounted or free. I have never had a garment fit so well. Sleeve length, skirt length, shoulder width, etc, were perfect. On my next three purchases, I also customized the style, by changing the dress length and sleeves! The attention to detail is wonderful, including modesty snaps on necklines, bra-keeper loops on the shoulders, and POCKETS!!, as well as beautiful craftsmanship.

You can monitor the progress on the website as it moves from pattern making to assembly to quality control and shipping. I saw one of my dresses go to quality control and then back to assembly, so they really do look at the quality. Each of my custom sized dresses arrived to my home in about two weeks, and arrived with a "thank you" note individually signed by the pattern maker, cutter, tailor and quality assurer.

I would highly recommend eShakti if you are looking for perfectly tailored clothing at an affordable price.

Pleased with every part of my customized order

I am a teacher and wore the two dresses I ordered (customized the neckline, hem length, and sleeve length on both) my first week of school and received many compliments! I am curvy and very short in stature and it is hard to find clothes that fit well, and my clothes from eShakti came in beautifully made and feel so comfortable. I received regular emails from customer service with updates on the progress being made on my order when I was waiting for it to come in. I was pleased with every part of the process and recommend the company to everyone who compliments my dresses.

Perfect Tee Dress

I love the navy tee dress! I wear a size 10 and the medium fits perfectly without alterations. Fabric is the right weight also. Love everything but the pockets. Totally unnecessary n adds bulk where it is not needed. I will definitely purchase again.

Way Beyond My Expectations!

I didn't know what to expect, but thought I'd take a chance for a mother of the bride dress.
They far exceeded my expectations. It took about 2.5 weeks, exactly what they said it would take.

I changed the fabric/color/sleeve length of the dress I liked.

It fit perfectly. They added inner buttons in the places where button downs sometimes gap in the bust region. It's beautifully sewn and lined and even has pockets. It was packaged carefully, with tissue paper, in a box.

Who knew getting custom made clothing was this easy and affordable?

Measure yourself carefully and your clothing will fit perfectly!

Give this company a try, you won't regret it

I decided to give this company a try after reading their add in Facebook, and was I greatly surprised when I received my order back! The dress fit perfectly, the pants fit like no other pant I have ever bought before (designer labels included) the fabrics were first quality. Altogether, I am thrilled and intend to continue buying from them when the need arises.

Loved the look

I saw someone wearing the outfit and I loved it. Asked them where they got it and put me inline with eShakti…. The pants were just a little on tight side the top fit great…. The product was expensive but I think the quality was well…. I won't be able to purchase much because I don't like spending lots of dollars for an outfit. I can usually find two or three outfits on sale somewhere..

how do eShakti dresses usually run if you get one of the standard sizes?

I usually order from Layne Bryant and these dresses fit me to the size that they state. It fits like an off the shelf dress, so if you are like me and have a body that is not average, the custom fit is perfection!

Hi, I'm reading the '1' ratings and skeptical about ordering...have you all improved on the craftsmanship and return issues?

They have great customer service. If you use your customer measures, you will receive the best dresses you will ever own! If there is anything wrong with a dress, they do accept returns and they send you prepaid label. They make great quality clothing! I totally recommend them! I live in the USA and their orders arrive in about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks.

I liked a dress on your website but would like different color in it... is it possible. . Also can I get same dress done for my daughter child.

From my experience, In most cases the products are made in the featured color and fabric. There are some items that are offered in different colors on the site. As for the daughter, I suggest using the measurement chart and submitting it to see if it can be accomplished.

There are some options to change the color for some of the dresses, but they're in a very specific area of the website (basically "I'd like dress A in the fabric of dress B"). For the most part, you can only get the dresses in the color/pattern shown, but you can customize a lot - sleeves, hem length, neckline, etc. - as well as going full custom with your actual sizing.

Eshakti now offers Fabric Customization for most styles in stock. Browse this feature on the website and once you have selected a garment design click that button and go browse again to find a garment IN THE FABRIC YOU WANT ACCORDING TO COLOR, MATERIAL, etc, then click on THE FABRIC button and proceed to checkout.

I measured myself, then compared my measurements with the size chart against each dress. I didn't enter all my measurements, just went with one of their standard sizes. The sizes I found to be true and each dress felt like it was tailored to fit me.
